How does Bulk SMS credit pricing work?
Bulk SMS is billed at ₦6.50 per credit. One credit pays for one standard GSM-7 message segment (up to 160 characters) to a Nigerian mobile number. Multipart messages and Unicode messages (such as messages with emoji) require additional segments according to telecom standard encoding.
What is the cost for sending Email Blast campaigns?
Email Blast costs 1 credit per recipient. Contact us to confirm availability before purchasing. Sending a marketing announcement or newsletter to 1,000 customers costs 1,000 credits. There are no monthly subscriptions or platform retainers.
Can I register a custom Sender ID for SMS?
Yes. You can submit your registered business name or brand as a custom Sender ID directly from your dashboard. Sender IDs undergo a swift regulatory verification process to prevent brand spoofing before being activated for sending.
Do wallet credits expire?
No. Credits purchased on your BZTel organization wallet do not expire. They remain active until consumed by your campaigns or API dispatches.
